Yoga will be taught under the guidance of Rashmi Mane who is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.Yoga is non competitive and is for everybody who wants the pleasure of improved health. It is a keep-fit system, which works in a natural and gentle way. Yoga postures, breathing and relaxation exercises keep the body both physically fit and healthy and the mind calm. It does not impose religious beliefs.
